Almost destroyed at the hands of the Inquisition, it was spared destruction at the request of the Administratum, unwilling to risk any resource that might prevent the new dynasty from restoring the flow of tithes. The Amalathians of the region's Ordo Xenos reluctantly agreed to these edicts. Many dark and alien secrets lie within its Librarium Vault, and the Navigators whisper about strange dreams experienced after setting foot in the Runecaster Chamber.
